The web-site www.CaseinItaly.com  is not a Travel-Agent and not a Tour-Operator, therefore is not involved directly with  booking-confirmation or  with the price-terms;  it is simply a web-service (completely free of costs for the user), based on information provided directly by private citizen (owners). Due to this reason www.caseinItaly.com can’t shoulder any responsibility for the inaccuracies, mistakes and omissions of information (or fallacy) about housing, which are competence of the owner, and not even any responsibility regarding the content of the agreement between tourists and the private owner.

Privacy

Under no circumstances, your private information will be spread to third –party, especially for advertising purposes, but they will be sent only to the owner you are getting in touch with to receive availability &/or reservation.

Terms of payment

Due to the service provided by www.CaseinItaly.com you will pay the account as reservation-guarantee directly to the owner by Bank’s transfer or by draft. For every performed booking, you will receive an acknowledgement by e-mail from www.CaseinItaly.com (not before receipt of account payment by the owner).

 

Cancellation

You can cancel your reservation in accordance with “Terms and Conditions” reported on the e-mail confirmation and then get a refund of the account.

Responsibility

It’s confirmed that www.CaseinItaly.com  disclaim all responsibility for inaccuracies, mistakes and omissions of information (or fallacy) about housing, which are competence of the owner, and not even any responsibility regarding the content of the agreement between tourists and the private owner. The fraud committed by an owner, especially, reservation accepted under fictitious name or false quality, or fraudulently in order to believe  the existence of an inexistent-real estate or belonging to a third-party, will be reported to the competent Judicial Authorities.
